Sail with Whales

What do Whale Watch Captains do on their Day off – They go Whale Watching. How could I resist. Glorious day with a light breeze and the T49As with T49C right passed Friday Harbor. Spike Africa of Schooners North were out for their first pre season test sail as the Orcas headed North in San Juan Channel. We sailed with two males he two T49A1 and his uncle T49C ahead of Mum and the kids, and then drifted with Mum and the kids as they hunted harbor seals in mirror calm waters of the Cactus Islands North of Speiden.

Thanks Jim Maya on Peregrine for the photos of Peniel
