Aug 8th – Excited to have the T18’s back in our area after a battle with humpbacks yesterday. We met them north of Upright Channel heading east while the T99’s, T38’s, T36 and T36B’s were approaching from Thatcher Pass. We left Mr Floppy Fin and the T18’s to sail with the others to Fisherman’s Harbor where they were vocal on the hydrophones during social play, to Griffin Bay hunting, into Friday Harbor, and onwards into sunset at Jones. Magical mercurial light through the evening.
