August 19th – A day sailing around the islands to the North. Mandate Cormorant colony to Gooch, Domville, Brethour, Reay, Imrie to Moresby to cut back to the US at Lovers Leap, Cactus, New Channel to Flattop and around Spieden. Always something new and today it was an American Kestrel on Spieden Island. Hot summers day in the Pacific North West – temperature was in the ’90s.
