We cut through Mosquito Pass to meet the T77’s (first reported at Eagle Cove) hunting in Open Bay. They took the shoreline of Kellett Bluff past Roche Harbor and began circumnavigating San Juan Island with several stops to hunt along the way. Interesting scars on the dorsal fin of T77B. We witnessed him trailing kelp over his dorsal fin on three occasions, and then trailing intestines which were then passed onto his mother before being passed back again. We left them at Cattle Point Lighthouse at sunset.
