San Juan Yacht club parade sailing on to visit to Yellow Island

May 5, 2019 – We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with great friends on our beautiful “Peniel” in the San Juan Island Yacht Club boat parade. David entertained the crowd by playing ‘La Bamba’ on his trombone as we sailed by the onlookers. After a salute to the judges we sailed on to visit Yellow Island Nature Preserve. The wildflowers are in full bloom and it’s the ideal time to visit. A special thank you to Phil Green and Matt Axling!
