Family short sail with skiff ride

July 13, 2022 – This morning we had a short sail with local friends and their visiting family. We had plans to go to Yellow Island on a shore excursion, but the tide was very low leaving a long slippery trek to get to shore. For everyone’s safety we decided to skip the shore excursion and take the passengers and little ones on a fun skiff ride instead. Many bald eagles and turkey vultures were busy on Low Island engaged in eating something. Perhaps a placenta from a brand new harbor seal pup just born.
