August 11, 2026 – Caught the wind out of Friday Harbor to sail wing on wing to Point Caution. Beam reach to the Wasp Islands seeing harbor seals hauled out at Yellow Island. We met Biggs/Transient orcas known as the T19’s near Jones Island who were coming out of Deer Harbor. We watched them go into the sunset towards Spieden Island. After BBQ supper we returned by way of the Wasp Islands. Beautiful sunset sail.
